Refund & Subscription Cancellation Policy

1) Introduction

This Refund & Subscription Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations, recurring billing, refunds, credits, billing adjustments, and payment-related matters are handled for the AI writing tools and related digital services provided through AI Writing Tools (the “Platform”), operated by Tech Future LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Tech Future LLC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

This Policy applies to customers who purchase or use paid subscription services. By purchasing or renewing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Nothing here limits mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

2) Scope

This Policy governs:

• Monthly and annual subscriptions
• Automatic renewals and subscription cancellations
• Refund eligibility and billing adjustments
• Duplicate charges and promotional pricing
• Technical service interruptions and payment failures
• Refund request procedures

It applies only to digital subscription services provided by Tech Future LLC. Because the Platform provides digital services and immediate access to subscription features, this Policy does not cover shipping, returns, exchanges, or physical products.

3) Definitions

Account means the registered user account used to access the Platform. Billing Period means the paid monthly or annual subscription period. Free Plan means the no-cost version with limited features and usage. Paid Subscription means any paid monthly or annual subscription offered through the Platform. Renewal Date means the date a subscription is scheduled to renew. Business Day means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Payment Processor means Stripe or another authorized third-party payment provider.

4) Free Plan

The Free Plan provides selected AI writing tools and features without a subscription. Availability, usage limits, included features, and functionality may change at any time. The Free Plan does not create an obligation to continue offering free access or any specific feature. Because no payment is required, refund provisions do not apply to Free Plan users.

5) Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions provide access to premium features for one monthly billing period. Unless cancelled before renewal, they automatically renew every month. Fees are charged in advance. Pricing, included features, and usage limits are displayed during checkout and may change in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

6) Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions provide access to premium features for twelve consecutive months and are billed in advance for the full annual period. Unless cancelled before renewal, they automatically renew for successive annual periods. Promotional pricing or discounts apply only under the terms disclosed at purchase.

7) Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next Renewal Date. By purchasing, you authorize Tech Future LLC and its authorized payment processors to charge the payment method on file for each renewal until you cancel. Renewal charges use the renewal price displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated as required by law. Customers are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

8) Authorization of Recurring Charges

By clicking the purchase button, you expressly authorize the initial subscription charge, future recurring charges, legally required governmental fees, and payment processing through authorized providers. Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices exclude applicable sales taxes, VAT, GST, or similar charges; required taxes will be calculated and shown during checkout. Recurring charges continue until cancellation. If authorization is declined, suspended, or revoked, access may be suspended or terminated.

9) How to Cancel a Subscription

Customers may cancel at any time through the Subscription or Billing section of their account settings. If you cannot access your account, you may contact us to request cancellation. Support-assisted cancellations may require reasonable verification of account ownership. We do not require a telephone call, postal mail, or unnecessarily burdensome procedure to cancel. A cancellation submitted after a renewal charge has been successfully processed applies to future renewals unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10) Effect of Cancellation

Cancellation stops future automatic renewals and recurring charges. It does not automatically generate a refund, reverse payments already processed, or affect charges that have already become due. Cancellation and refunds are separate matters governed by different provisions of this Policy.

11) Access After Cancellation

A cancelled subscription remains active until the end of the current paid Billing Period. You continue receiving the benefits associated with your plan until that period expires. At the end of the period, premium access ends, paid features become unavailable, and the account may continue under the Free Plan if available. No further subscription charges occur unless you subscribe again.

12) Refund Eligibility

Tech Future LLC does not offer a general refund period. Because paid access begins immediately after successful payment, refunds are generally unavailable simply because a customer changes their mind, no longer needs the service, forgets to use it, or cancels before the billing period ends.

Refund requests are reviewed individually. Where appropriate, we may approve a refund, billing adjustment, account credit, or service extension for verified duplicate charges, verified billing errors, significant technical failures attributable to Tech Future LLC, unauthorized transactions supported by verification, or situations where a refund is required by applicable law. A discretionary refund does not create an obligation to approve future requests. Report duplicate or incorrect charges as soon as reasonably practicable.

13) General Refund Principles

Refund requests are evaluated fairly and in good faith based on the facts and circumstances. We may consider the subscription type, payment history, account activity, service usage, timing of the request, prior refunds, evidence provided, and applicable legal requirements. Customers may be asked for reasonable information needed to investigate a billing issue.

14) Immediate Access to Digital Services

Paid subscriptions provide immediate access to digital services after successful payment. Because digital access begins immediately and cannot be returned like a physical good, cancellation does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund for the current Billing Period. This section does not limit mandatory rights available under applicable law.

15) Relationship to Other Policies

This Policy should be read together with the Platform’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Pricing Page, and checkout disclosures. If this Policy conflicts with mandatory applicable law, the law prevails to the extent required. Otherwise, this Policy governs refunds, subscription cancellations, and recurring billing.

16) Annual Subscription Refund Rules

Annual fees are generally non-refundable after payment because premium benefits become available immediately. Tech Future LLC may, at its discretion or where required by law, approve a full or partial refund, billing adjustment, account credit, or service extension for verified duplicate charges, verified billing errors, significant attributable technical failures, confirmed unauthorized transactions, or other legally required circumstances. Cancelling an Annual subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund the unused portion of the current annual period.

17) Monthly Subscription Refund Rules

Monthly fees are generally non-refundable after processing because access begins immediately. Cancelling a Monthly subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund or credit for unused time. Refunds may be approved only under this Policy or where required by law.

18) Non-Refundable Situations

Unless required by law or expressly approved, refunds generally will not be provided for changing your mind, no longer needing the subscription, forgetting to cancel, not using the subscription, personal preference after substantial use, choosing the wrong plan after substantial use, failing to understand accurately described features, temporary third-party or customer-side interruptions, Terms of Service violations, or expired promotional discounts and coupon codes. These examples are not exhaustive.

19) Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once or charged incorrectly, contact our support team promptly. We may request your account email, transaction date, payment receipt, payment method, or other information reasonably needed to verify the transaction. A confirmed accidental duplicate or incorrect charge will generally be refunded to the original payment method. Where that is not feasible, we may provide another suitable remedy where permitted by law.

20) Technical Problems and Service Interruptions

If a technical issue materially prevents use of a paid subscription, contact us promptly with sufficient information for investigation. If we determine that a significant attributable technical failure could not be resolved within a reasonable time, we may provide an extension, account credit, billing adjustment, partial refund, full refund, or another reasonable remedy. Interruptions caused by maintenance, force majeure, cloud or internet providers, payment processors, customer devices or software, or other third parties do not automatically entitle customers to refunds or credits.

21) Failed, Declined, or Reversed Payments

Customers must maintain accurate payment information. If a renewal payment fails, Tech Future LLC may retry it, notify you to update your payment method, suspend paid features, downgrade the account to the Free Plan if available, or cancel the subscription. If a payment is reversed or disputed after access has been granted, we may suspend or terminate the associated subscription until the issue is resolved. Payment methods may be updated through Billing or Subscription settings where available.

22) Subscription Price Changes

Tech Future LLC may change subscription prices. Changes do not affect the current paid Billing Period. Where law requires advance notice before a renewal at a new price, we will provide it. Unless stated otherwise, renewal charges use the price applicable at the time of renewal. Continued use after a price change becomes effective constitutes acceptance subject to applicable law.

23) Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

Customers may be able to upgrade or downgrade where supported. An upgrade may take effect immediately or at another time communicated during checkout, and additional charges may apply. A downgrade generally takes effect at the start of the next Billing Period, with existing premium access continuing through the current paid period unless otherwise stated. Specific rules may vary with future offerings.

24) Promotional Offers and Free Plan

The Platform provides a Free Plan for eligible users. Paid subscriptions do not include a free trial unless expressly stated. Promotional pricing, coupon codes, limited-time discounts, and special offers may be offered from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, offers cannot be combined, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be modified or withdrawn subject to applicable law. After a promotional subscription expires, renewals use the applicable standard price unless otherwise disclosed.

25) Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, contact us. Include, where available, your account email address, transaction date, payment receipt or transaction identifier, description of the issue, and supporting information reasonably necessary to investigate. Complete information helps us review requests efficiently. We aim to acknowledge billing and refund inquiries within two (2) Business Days, although response and resolution times vary by complexity.

26) Refund Processing Method and Timing

Approved refunds generally use the original payment method where reasonably possible. Processing times depend on the Payment Processor, financial institution, card issuer, and payment method. Although we initiate approved refunds promptly, receipt may take several business days. Currency conversion, exchange-rate changes, banking fees, intermediary charges, and similar third-party costs are generally outside our control and may not be refundable. Where legally permitted, applicable taxes may also be non-refundable.

27) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute because many billing issues can be resolved more quickly through support. Nothing limits your lawful right to dispute a charge with your payment provider or financial institution. If a dispute is initiated, Tech Future LLC may investigate, request reasonable documentation, suspend or limit paid access during the investigation where appropriate, and contest invalid or fraudulent chargebacks using available records. We will not impose penalties solely because a customer exercises a lawful right to dispute a charge.

28) Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. Where mandatory law grants cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other statutory protections that differ from this Policy, those rights prevail to the extent required. If a provision is unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions continue in force to the fullest extent permitted.

29) Changes to This Policy

Tech Future LLC may update this Policy to reflect changes to our services, subscription offerings, payment methods, business practices, or applicable laws and regulations. The updated version becomes effective on the Effective Date displayed at the top of the Policy unless otherwise required by law. Material changes affecting existing subscribers may be communicated through the Platform, email, or other reasonable means where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where additional consent is legally required.
